With nearly 3,000 sq. ft. of space, Red & Blue has 10 long, farm-style tables that can seat 12 to a table with 120 black, modern chairs for use. Two 8ft tables and two 4ft tables are also available for use.
The floor layout can be configured into a multitude of styles. *Nothing can be taken out of the building.*

We can also provide a beverage bar, 6 tall cocktail tables, audio-visual equipment, a podium, 12x10 stage area, and wireless microphones. If we don't have what you need, we'll work with you to find it.

Red & Blue has a full-service catering kitchen that includes a large refrigerator, freezer, ice machine, sink and prep tables. The facility has two restrooms and available parking.
​
Renters are welcome to bring in own decorations (per owners approval) and table cloths/table runners to make event more custom-fit.

Non-Wedding Events Pricing:

Holiday Pricing:
*Double the usual rate.
Holidays included, but not limited to:
New Year's Eve, New Year's Day, Easter, Mother's Day, Father's Day, Memorial Day, Labor Day, July 4th

Red & Blue is closed Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Eve and Christmas Day.

How To Secure Event Date:

50% of the room rental deposit is required at booking. Balance of bill must be paid in full by day of event.

We take cash, credit cards, and checks.

Cancellation Policy:

50% of the deposit will be returned if event is cancelled within 30 days of a weekday rental or 60 days of a weekend rental.

Inclement Weather Policy:
The safety of our guests and staff is our top priority. In the event of severe weather—such as tornado warnings, heavy snow, or dangerous storms—the venue may delay, reschedule, or cancel events as needed.
​
Because our facility features large windows and limited interior shelter space, guests will be advised to evacuate to a secure location if a tornado warning or other life-threatening weather occurs. Venue staff will monitor weather alerts and communicate updates promptly.
​
For snow or icy conditions, event decisions will follow local emergency management recommendations and may include delayed opening, early closure, or rescheduling for guest safety.​​​​​​​​​​​​​
